Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities
  • Coordinate meetings with potential clients both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Main focus on client interaction and handling all their interior design requirements.
  • Prepare cost proposals and hand project requirements to the designers.
  • Plan CRM strategies with a view to increasing customer base.
  • Handle and track customer mails and provide professional support to customers on phone and mail.
  • Ensure easy accessibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and contact home owners looking to renovate/refurbish their homes.
  • Maintain sales and CRM reports along with project trackers.
  • Note client’s design brief diligently. No requirements should be lost in communication.

Skills:

  • MBA/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years prior industry related to sales experience; preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
