The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, preferably within the construction or interior design industry. They should have excellent negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers. This role requires strong leadership qualities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company\u2019s goals and objectives in commercial interior design and build projects.<\/li>\n<li>Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and establish favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and designers, to identify project requirements and specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier database, including supplier capabilities, product specifications, and pricing information.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends and developments to identify new suppliers, materials, and technologies that could enhance the company\u2019s competitiveness and cost efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the preparation of purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment of suppliers and subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze procurement data, such as spend, savings, and supplier performance, to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to procurement and supply chain management.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support to the procurement team, including training, mentoring, and performance management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"qualifications\">\n<h3>Qualifications:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
