You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<h4>Project Planning and Execution:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Client Relationship Management:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Understand client needs and expectations, ensuring they are met throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to clients in a clear and timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Address client feedback, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Budget and Cost Control:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project expenses and costs, identifying areas for cost optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve project invoices and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Team Coordination and Leadership:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage project teams, including architects, contractors, vendors, and internal resources.<\/li>\n<li>Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal resource utilization.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Quality Assurance:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and enforce quality standards for all project deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Implement corrective actions when deviations or issues are identified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Documentation and Reporting:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project files.<\/li>\n<li>Generate regular progress reports, summarizing project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare project-related presentations and updates for stakeholders, including senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"skills\">\n<h2>Qualification:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
