You will lead a team of designers to aim for designing functional yet beautifully design spaces.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate meetings with potential clients both face to face and over the telephone.<\/li>\n<li>Main focus will be client conversion and handling all their interior design requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare cost proposals and hand project requirements to the designers.<\/li>\n<li>Lead a team of designers to produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finalize projects using computer-aided design (CAD), hand drawing skills, and detailed drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Provide follow-up support with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Create and present idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for weekly review meetings with designers and other concerned persons.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to achieve timely completion of the projects.<\/li>\n<li>Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Creative talent, imagination, and an eye for detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"skills\">\n<h2>Skills:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience.<\/li>\n<li>Registered diploma or degree in Interior design.<\/li>\n<li>Sales experience is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, InDesign &amp; Photoshop.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience of team handling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-949","jobs","type-jobs","status-publish","hentry","entry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Project Lead - Design - Nine Square Interior<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/ninesquareinterior.co.in\/offices\/jobs\/project-lead-design\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Project Lead - Design - Nine Square Interior\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of designing projects.
